UI/UX Engineer
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Engineer with 0-3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing intuitive user experiences and implementing responsive user interfaces, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into efficient, user-friendly solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-centered designs.
- Design and optimize user experiences specifically for mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, illustrations and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Design, develop and implement responsive, interactive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to continuously improve user experience.
- Ensure consistency in design patterns, branding, and accessibility across platforms.
- Optimize UI performance across multiple devices and browsers.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s degree.
- 0-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer/Engineer.
- Expertise in mobile app design and development of mobile-first interfaces.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer or similar.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks will be an added advantage.
- Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with motion design, animations, or micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
