Role Description

Quality Analyst

Role Description
  • Analyze, test, and validate ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and SQL queries to validate data transformations
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
  • Perform data reconciliation between source and target systems
  • Validate incremental and full-load data processing
  • Validate inbound and outbound file processing (CSV, JSON, XML, etc.)
  • Perform integrity checks to ensure completeness and correctness of processed files
  • Monitor and troubleshoot file ingestion failures
  • Ensure successful integration of files into databases
Technical Competencies
  • Hands-on experience with ETL testing tools
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Experience with file processing (CSV, XML, JSON) and data validation techniques
  • Familiarity with scripting languages
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
Soft Skill Competencies
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and identify inconsistencies
