Associate AI/ML Engineer
TechTaliya Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team at Infopark, Kochi. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience who are enthusiastic about building a career in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will work on real-world problems, assist in developing and deploying AI/ML models, and support the creation of intelligent solutions across various business domains. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced environment focused on next-generation technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preparing structured and unstructured data for AI/ML workflows.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights.
- Develop and test basic machine learning models under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support the creation of AI-powered features such as recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and natural language understanding components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and model objectives.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of data pipelines and model deployment processes.
- Research and experiment with open-source ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Document model training, evaluation results, and continuously monitor model performance in production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably BTech in AI/ML, IT, or related field) with a focus on Data Science, Analytics, or Statistics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a solid foundation in data analysis concepts.
- Familiarity with data manipulation tools and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Exposure to large language models (LLMs) and their real-world applications is a plus.
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
