Data Analyst Intern
TechTaliya Informatics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and analytical BTech graduates with a strong foundation in Data Science to join our team at Infopark, Kochi. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data analytics while working on real-world projects in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will collaborate with experienced professionals to derive insights, develop data-driven solutions, and contribute to impactful business decisions. After the term of internship, you may be hired by TechTaliya as full-time Data Analysts.
Key Skills Required
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with an aptitude for working with large datasets.
- Solid understanding of Data Science concepts, including data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, model building, fine tuning and model evaluation.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pytorch).
- Exposure to large language models (LLMs) and their applications in data processing and analytics.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in data analysis and predictive modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

M365/Azure Developer
The ideal candidate must have live project development experience in SharePoint Online and optionally other M365 products and Azure Services.
Responsibilities
- Candidate will be part of a development team that will work on multiple simultaneous projects with a technical lead leading the projects.
- Candidate must be able to understand requirements from the client and technical lead, and independently develop, test, and deploy solutions.
- Candidate must be able to create technical documentation for the project.
- Candidate must be able to attend client meetings (that generally occur between 6–10 PM IST) when required.
Mandatory Non-Technical Skills
- Excellent English language communication (both spoken and written).
- Ability to listen to client conversations and understand the core requirements.
- Experience creating documentation templates such as requirements document, design documents, test case documents.
- Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio, Power Automate designer, etc.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Fundamental knowledge of how SharePoint works.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Online, out-of-box web parts, page and news post creation, user permissions, navigations, themes, changing the look and feel, content types.
- Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx). Must have hands-on experience developing, testing, and deploying SPFx solutions using React.
- Knowledge of Power Automate. Must have hands-on experience creating flows in Power Automate.
Preferable Skills
- Experience in developing, testing, and deploying REST APIs and consuming external REST APIs.
- Experience in working with Microsoft Graph APIs.

M365/Azure Technical Lead
The ideal candidate must have experience leading development projects for clients in SharePoint Online and other M365 products and Azure Services.
Responsibilities
- Candidate will lead project delivery end-to-end. This will include activities such as requirements gathering through client meetings, analysis and design of applications/solutions, develop solutions, oversee development activities of other team members, conduct user acceptance testing exercises with the client, review all project documentation, create status reports and update status to client in weekly status meetings.
- Candidate will mentor other team members but may also be required to work solo on some projects.
- Candidate will be able to do proof of concepts on emerging technologies and be able to consult on a breadth of different technologies.
- Candidate must be able to attend client meetings (that generally occur between 6–10 PM IST) when required.
Mandatory Non-Technical Skills
- Excellent English language communication (both spoken and written).
- Ability to listen to client conversations, understand the core requirements, and engage in meaningful discussions with the client to propose alternative solutions.
