Rebuilding dispatch for a fleet that never stops moving

Meridian runs 340 trucks across the Midwest. Every morning, dispatchers matched open loads to available drivers by cross-referencing a route spreadsheet, a driver-hours spreadsheet, and a paper whiteboard — a process that took most of the morning and routinely left trucks running empty legs.

Their existing software, built a decade earlier, could show where trucks were. It couldn't tell anyone where they should go next.
